Banner Blocks
The Banner Block Program was established in 1982. Today several of these Banner Blocks are still actively pursuing self-identified goals. Banner Block activities include neighborhood watch programs, neighborhood clean-ups and workdays, block parties, and participation in community forums. This program has served to cultivate resident leadership. PNHS supports and encourages these leaders with on-going leadership training programs.
